History & Current Core Business

TDN Money Systems is a Pennsylvania Gaming and Banking Distribution Corporation located in Aston, PA, approximately 15 minutes from the Philadelphia Airport. The company was started in 1978 as Time Date & Number Company. In 1992, we changed the name to TDN MONEY SYSTEMS to better reflect our core business. In the early 80s and 90s, we were the largest distributor of coin wrapping machines in the casino industry and set up and designed every hard count room in Atlantic City. In 1996 we began developing our own innovative products for the industry, the first of which was our BILL BREAKER®. This stand alone kiosk simply broke large denomination bills into smaller ones. To date we have installed over 800 units throughout the US and Canada, including every casino on the east coast.

In 1997 we introduced the Automated Jackpot Payout Kiosk, which is a currency dispensing system interfaced directly to the slot monitoring system for automatically paying out jackpots and hand pays. We have a national contract with Harrah’s for this product and have over 200 installed at 50 different casinos. Mohegan Sun is the largest user of this system with 28 systems installed.

TDN CASH BACK REWARDS KIOSKS 

In 2002 we developed the CASH BACK REWARDS KIOSK which was the first kiosk to successfully dispense cash and comps directly to the slot player from one kiosk. The initial installation was for 20 systems at Tropicana in Atlantic City. For this product we were awarded one of the Top 20 Innovative Gaming products of 2002 by the American Gaming Summit.

Also in 2002, we introduced our ARS-2000 Auto Coin Redemption System. This machine redeems coin and tokens for cash and we have 125 of these units in the field primarily in Atlantic City and Las Vegas. The Trump organization is our largest customer for this product with 45 units installed in their three properties.

In 2003 we introduced our PRC-1000 TICKET REDEMPTION KIOSK which redeems TITO tickets for cash and coin. In addition to this basic function, we are working towards incorporating player point redemption and ATM functionality into the kiosk. Currently we have installed the PRC-1000 at a number of casinos throughout the country including the two largest, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun.

TDN is also one of the largest suppliers of coin and currency supplies to the industry selling over 30,000,000 tamper evident hopper fill and currency bags in 2003 to over 300 different casinos.
